Blissful Butterfly Border

Hallo iedereen,

Hi everyone,

Ook ik ben aan de slag gegaan met het thema van juli

en maakte deze slimline kaart

I also went to work with this month's theme

and made this slimline card

Eerst heb ik een paneel uitgestanst,

en daarop heb ik met Distress inkt en een stencil van Studio Light

een achtergrond gemaakt ...

en dat heb ik gemat op felgroen cardstock

First I die cut a panel

and then I blended with Distress inkt

a Studio Light stencil for the background

This I matted on some bright green cardstock

Dan heb ik de Memorybox mal uit fel geel en wit cardstock gestanst

de volledige vlinders (kleinste en grootste) 

heb ik terug in de gele border aangebracht

de middelste vlinder

heb ik eerst met dezelfde kleuren Distress inkt geblend

en dan met een fijn touwtje 

op de grote vlinder bevestigd ...

de vleugels heb ik los gelaten

zo krijg je meer diepte

Then I die cut the Memorybox die out of bright yellow cardstock

and again out of white cardstock

I placed the complete butterflies (smallest and largest)

inside the yellow border

and the middle sized butterfly

I colored with the same Distress colors

and then I attached it on the big white butterfly

with some fine string ...

I didn't glue the butterflies down flat,

but instead I let the wings free

so it created some dimension

 Wie nog interesse heeft in deze mal
