Workshop Paastasje

Op 10 december had ik een leuk kadotasje gemaakt voor de kerst, met een stempel van Magnolia. Het was zo'n leuk projektje, dat ik besloot het nog eens wou maken, maar dan voor Pasen.
Leuk om eitjes in te stoppen die de paashaas brengt, vinden jullie ook niet ?!

On December 10, I showed you all a decorated Xmasbag, with a stamp from Magnolia. I really liked this little project, so I decided to make another one, this time for Easter.

Ik heb gebruik gemaakt van materiaal van Pink Paisley, Doodlebug, American Crafts, Prima, Around the block , QK, Nestabilities en Martha Stewart.

Vorige week heb ik het eindelijk kunnen afwerken, maar ik had er jammer genoeg nog geen foto's van genomen om het jullie te kunnen laten zien. Maar het is me gelukt en hier zijn ze!

Last week I finally had the time to finish it, but unfortunatly I hadn't taken any photo's yet, to show it to you. But I did it, and here they are !

Er zijn nog enkele plaatsen, dus wil je gezellig in groep dit tasje maken, plezier maken en nog iets bijleren ? Aarzel dan niet en schrijf je vlug in.

Kaartje met papegaai

Dit kaartje is gemaakt met een stempel van Magnolia en papier van Bo Bunny en ingekleurd met Distress inkt.
Op een apart blad heb ik de zon en lucht met een blendingtool aangebracht - ik heb hiervoor de masking techniek gebruikt - en dan met een ovale nestabilitie uitgesneden.
Tot slot heb ik ook enkele bladjes gestempeld en uitgeknipt en met foamtopjes van 1mm erop gekleefd. Ik heb de staart van de papegaai eraf geknipt, de tak uitgestanst (is een QK revolution mal), en de papegaai op de tak gezet om zo meer diepte te creëren.

This card is made with a stamp from Magnolia and paper from Bo Bunny. The stamp is colored with Distress ink.
On a seperate piece of paper, the sun and sky was made with the masking technique and with a blendingtool and then I used a nestabilitie to cut an oval.
I cut the parrot out, cut the tail off, and taped it to the background, then I diecut the branch (the branch is a Qk revolution die) and placed the parrot on it with foamblocks, creating more dept. To finish it off, I stamped some leaves, cut them out and attached them with little foamblocks of 1mm.

snavel / beak: dried marigold
zon / sun: mustard seed + dried marigold
bladeren / leaves: peeled paint
lucht / sky: faded jeans

Halloween kadoosje

H alloween's a sudden BOO!!

Een tijdje geleden toonde ik een kadoosje voor moederdag, en ik vond het zo'n leuk idee dat ik het ook nog eens voor Halloween gemaakt heb. Deze keer met een magneetsluiting, papier van My Minds Eye en de vleermuis is een QK revolution mal. Nog enkele stempels van Martha Stewart, en dit is het resultaat.

A little while ago I showed here a giftbox for Mothersday and I loved this project so much I decided to make it again for Halloween. This time I used a magnet to keep it closed, paper from My Minds Eye and the bat from a QK revolution die. A few stamps from Martha Stewart as a finishing touch and this is the result.

De 1ste kaart is gemaakt in gele en grijze tinten, een aparte combinatie maar wel heel mooi. De bloemen zijn uitgeponst en het lint is Maya Road velvet ribbon
The 1st card is made in grey and yellow colors, very special. The flowers are made with a punch and the ribbon is from Maya Road, the velvet collection


En de 2de en laatste voor vandaag is gemaakt met Basic Grey papier, cardstock en 2 Quickutz revolution mallen: de uil en de tak
The last one for today, made with Basic Grey paper and cardstock. The owl and branch are 2 Quickutz Revolution dies.
