Tutorial: bloemetjes van Heartfelt Creations stansen

Ik had zin om nog eens een verjaardagskaartje te maken maar dan in frisse kleurtjes. De achtergrondstempel komt uit de 'Happy birthday' set van Rubbernecker. Het bloemetje is een stempel van Heartfelt Creations die ik heb uitgesneden met een bijhorende stans van Heartfelt Creations (gemaakt door Spellbinders).

I was in the mood to make a birthday card in vibrant colors. The background stamp is from the Happy Birthday set from Rubbernecker, the flower is a stamp from Heartfelt Creations that is die cut with a matching die from Heartfelt Creations made by Spellbinders 

 

De achtergrondstempel aan de binnenkant is van Different Colors en de verjaardagstekst komt uit de stempelset 'Watercolor wish' van Rubbernecker.

 The background stamp on the inside is from Different Colors and the text is from the Watercolor Wish set also from Rubbernecker.

Ik wil jullie graag wegwijs maken in hoe ik de bloemetjes uitstans. Voor deze tutorial heb ik gebruik gemaakt van de stempelset 'Posy patch flowers' van Heartfelt Creations en de bijhorende set 'Posy patch' van Spellbinders.

 I want to show you how I die cut the flowers. For this little tutorial I used the stampset Posy Patch flowers from Heartfelt Creations and the matching die set Posy Patch.

Je stempelt de bloem in de gewenst kleur. Uit een post-it stans je de bijhorende bloem.

 First stamp your flower in your chosen color. Take a post-it (masking tape) and die cut the matching flower.

 

 

Je laat de stans op de post-it zitten en kleeft deze langs één kant vast op de post-it. Als je goed kijkt op de volgende foto, dan zie je de tape in the rechter benedenhoek van je post-it.

Leave the die in the tape, take a piece of normal tape and fasten the die - on 1 side of the die - on the front of the post-it (masking tape) If you look closely, you see the tape in the photo below on the right bottom corner of the yellow post-it

 

 

 

 

Nu kleef je de post-it zo op de bloem zodat de post-it perfect je stempel omrandt.

Attach your post-it (masking tape) perfectly on top of your stamped image.

 

 

 

Doordat de stans vastgekleefd is langs één kant, valt deze mooi op de gestempelde bloem en kan je deze nu mooi uitstansen.

Because your die is attached with tape on your post-it (masking tape) you can see what you are doing, just lower your die and you are ready to die cut your stamped image.
